AN UPDATE ON CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
At Maui Paradise Properties, our number one concern is the health and safety of our guests, owners, and employees. We want to make you aware of the additional steps that we are taking to defend against coronavirus spread (COVID-19).
We are closely tracking COVID-19 spread and adjusting our processes to ensure that all guests, owners, employees, and properties are safe.
Increased Housekeeping Standards
We are proud of our already high housekeeping standards. Our professional housekeeping team is going above this standard and taking extra care to minimize the spread of coronavirus.
In line with World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) guidelines, our local cleaning and maintenance crews have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures across our properties, including the use of bleach-based cleaning products.
Our staff is prepared to implement the CDC and WHO instructions for cleaning and disinfecting any property that is found to have had an exposed guest. We will also follow the same guidelines, where applicable, for notifications and quarantine measures.
Vacation rental properties often have the advantage of privacy and a reduced need for person-to-person contact. Furthermore, most of our homes are fitted with lockboxes or smart locks that allow guests to check-in and out independently, without interfacing face-to-face with people.
How does MPP treat cancellation requests from guests?
While our normal cancellation period is 60 days prior to arrival, we have adopted a more flexible policy in light of COVID-19 for most reservations. Our Reservation Managers are happy to answer your questions and can be contacted at 808-214-1011 or firstname.lastname@example.org at any time.
What do I do if I have coronavirus exposure during my vacation?
If you believe you are at risk of exposure during your trip at any point, please contact MPP so we can take appropriate measures to protect potential guests and employees. You can contact our team at 808-214-1011 or email@example.com
We are happy to address any additional questions our owners may have about our efforts to fight coronavirus. Please contact your usual Reservation Manager to discuss further.
