Description
This 12th-floor property in Kahana makes it ideal for whale watching, sea turtle sightings, and amazing sunset views. Enjoy unobstructed views of the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai, and expansive views of the West Maui coast in both directions. The unit has plenty of space for families up to six people. The open floor plan has been tastefully remodeled with upgraded amenities, a vacationer's dream! Inside Royal Kahana 1210, you will find unique furnishings that you would expect to see in a high-end suite, including expansive travertine floors, quartzite counters, and extensive use of natural furnishings that complement the feel of the Islands.
Notice: Hallway flooring renovations is ongoing. Please be aware of increased noise associated with the removal and installation of new flooring. This necessary project is expected to be completed mid-March. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Notice: Due to the storm-related power outage on February 10, the building’s AC system was damaged and is currently under repair by the property management. Restoration is in progress, with an estimated completion in April 2026.
