There is no road between you and the ocean here. The oceanfront lawn runs right to the shoreline, and a small rocky cove below the property draws green sea turtles that feed along the reef shelf year-round.
During humpback whale season (December through April), the channel activity is visible directly from the lanais without binoculars on a good day.
Laundry is on-site coin-operated on the ground floor (not in-unit). There is no pool and no elevator — the building is a four-floor walk-up.
