Chef Lee Anderson and Pastry Chef Melanie Roy from Sugar Beach Events will share their recipes for delicious alcohol-infused sweet treats. Chef Masa’s omakase nigiri sushi platter is offered at $48.95 and wagyu beef carpaccio with truffle ginger scallion sauce for $15.95.
