**The schedule will be affected by the actual conditions found while drilling and how well the grout spreads through the sand.
We are not sure how much disruption will occur during the seawall repair. Some affects we expect to see:
--Limited access to the lawn between the building and seawall. There is no guarantee that you will have access to the lawn during your stay.
--Portions of the seawall will be accessible during certain days during the construction. There is no guarantee that you will have seawall access during your stay.
--The pool will be open when active construction is not in the vicinity. There is no guarantee that you will have pool access during your stay.
--Limited parking. About 1/3 of the parking lot will be used for a construction staging area.

· Traveling around Maui

Please note that the presence of a small beach in front of the property depends upon multiple weathers and tide conditions and, thus, cannot be guaranteed year-round.

Due to Maui's rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the owners hire professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Should you encounter a pest problem, please call us and we will be happy to address the situation.
