Receptionist / Guest Relations
Maui Paradise Properties, located in the heart of Lahaina, is a fast-growing premier vacation rental office looking for a full-time Receptionist/Guest Relations with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our team!
Manage the front desk and interact with guest via phone and/or greeting clients. Administrative duties apply. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, and can handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while providing service with a smile.
- Management of the front desk
- Answer phones – assist with questions, bookings, etc
- Send Arrival Information
- Guest Registrations
- Complete projects when assigned
- Manage the mail
- Basic office duties/upkeep
- MUST be personable, professional, and willing to learn
- Proficient with a PC computer and Microsoft software
- Ability to Multi-task
- Problem solver
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Experience as a Receptionist / Guest Relations / Administrative / Customer Service
- Hourly with benefits. Parking included.
