Maui Paradise Properties, located in the heart of Lahaina, is a fast-growing premier vacation rental office looking for a full-time Reservation Specialist with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our team!

The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, and can handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while providing service with a smile.


  • Enter Reservations
  • Phones – assist with questions, bookings, etc
  • Texting/emailing
  • Send Arrival Information
  • Guest Registrations
  • Data Entry
  • Complete projects when assigned

Position Requirements:

  • MUST be personable, professional, and willing to learn
  • Dependable
  • Team-player
  • Proficient with a PC computer and Microsoft software
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Detail-oriented
  • Problem solver

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED required

Helpful Experience:

  • Experience as a Guest Relations / Administrative / Customer Service
