This spacious unit provides guests with all the conveniences of home, including a full, completely equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. The bedroom features a king-size bed, plenty of storage and ceiling fan. Bathroom has tiled walk-in shower and large vanity and counter space.
Also for your enjoyment is a flat screen TV. Complimentary cable and secure wireless internet service directly from the condo.
The resort amenities include 2 ocean side, heated swimming pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 3 tennis courts, 2 ocean side cabanas for entertaining, 2 twelve hole putting greens, front desk service, poolside barbeques, and ample parking. It is situated within walking distance of dining, grocery store and an outdoor Farmers Market close by. The quaint historic town of Lahaina is only a short 10-minute drive.

The lushly landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with red ginger and red palms. At dusk, every evening, the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds through-out the property.

Staging area: Parking lot area by A building for the first half of the project and by L building for the second half of the project in an area approximately 10’x 30’ or smaller.
Noise: Mild to Moderate. Chipping of loose rocks. Equipment for concrete mixing.
Construction Barrier: Orange fencing in area of work.
Message from the HOA: the restoration work before the winter swells arrive is important because of the potential impacts to the wall from winter swell waves. We will provide updates when new information become available and throughout the project. The repair and restoration work is a part of the ongoing maintenance of the seawall. Over time, rocks become loose or fall off due to exposure to ocean conditions and natural deterioration.
